A panicky Greyford Moonde has rushed to the Supreme Court to challenge the the High Court’s decision to throw out his application for the injunction to challenge his expulsion from the opposition UPND.
Judge Evans Hamaundu had thrown out Moonde’s application for lack of merit and only bent on clinging on to his parliamentary seat.
On Wednesday the United Party for National Development expelled its Sinazongwe MP Richwell Siamunene for gross misconduct.
Moonde is one of the four UPND MPs who have accepted deputy ministerial jobs without the blessings from their party.
