Vice President Guy Scott has arrived in Feira Constituency to run what seems one of regular errands as a by-election specialist.
Scott has become more visbile during by-elections where his development for votes agenda has been his main message.
He is in the area ahead of the bu-election on Thursday that fell vacant after incumbent Patrick Ngoma defected to the ruling Patriotic Front.
The ruling party has thrown everything with Republican President Michael Sata having passed through Feira to emphasise the ruling party’s desperation to win the seat.
Feira residents go to the polls on Thursday.
