Fussball International FIFA Task Force Football 2014FAZ president Kalusha Bwalya, general secretary George Kasengele and committee member Pivoty Simwanza are the top officials named in the match ticket racket that marred Zambia’s home qualifiers against Lesotho and Sudan played at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

According to bolazambia.com, a curious glance into reports that tickets were sold out within two hours or less of going on the market revealed deep and sophisticated FAZ fraud which gave birth to the chaos.

Sources close to the development have told bolazambia.com that Kalusha made an order for the printing of the more than 40, 000 tickets to a South African allegedly connected to his wife Emmy Caselleti.

The process of printing tickets was managed by Kalusha’s sidekick George Kasengele while Pivoty Simwanza was assigned as the duo’s main black market lead because he operates a sports shop in Ndola.

According to the sources, the trio allegedly shared a huge portion of tickets which were later passed on to vendors who sold some of the tickets at triple the market prize.
“These people [Kalusha, Kasengele and Pivoty] were getting the difference between the actual price of the ticket and the price we sold them for on the black market,” the source said.

News of a vendor having been stuck with a stash of unsold tickets in the aftermath of Zambia’s 1-all draw with Sudan could have been laughable were it not seriously sad.
