Western Province Permanent Secretary Emmanuel Mwamba has unleashed his governmental mighty on a Luyelelo Rural Health Clinic nurse who he has ordered suspended for allegedly uttering derogatory sentiments against Republican President Michael Sata.
The nurse, who was also accused of turning away a patient, refuted the claim that she had insulted President Sata.
Mwamba, who is known to go on duty warning, suspending and expelling civil servants with television cameras and recorders for publicity, has become notorious with such stunts.
The former spokesperson for deceased third Republican resident Frederick Chiluba has weeaved himself into the Patriotic Front system despite having been an MMD loyalist prior to the 2011 elections.
Mwamba is using every opportunity to demonstrate how loyal he had transformed from his treacherous behaviour that date back to his college to a sudden PF fundamentalist. He is, no doubt, an excellent and proven bootlicker.
