Police in Lusaka have remained cagey on the whereabouts of Human Rights activist Brebner Changala whose house they researched in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Changala, who has been very critical of the Michael Sata led government, stayed by bailed former Evelyn Hone College journalism lecaturer Clayson Hamasaka on the morning he was arrested and may had drawn the wrath of the authorities for his open solidarity.
His house was searched in the morning with police vague on what they were looking for.
Lusaka Province police commissioner Joyce Kasosa said she was unaware of the search at Changala’s house.
However, sources have confirmed the search at Changala’s Kabwata house.
Changala has previously demanded for a medical examination into President Michael Sata’s health following suspicions that his health has been failing.
