A Mansa resident has filed a legal suit claiming K600, 000 after being wrongly diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
According to a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High, Muna Lobombe said on August, 2009 she was subjected to an HIV test by a nurse who diagnosed him positive.
Arising from the test Lubombe was put on anti retroviral drugs until she later learnt that she was negative from subsequent tests.
Lubombe has sued the Attorney General as the first respondent.
