Former Defence Minister Benjamin Yorum Mwila popularly known as BY will be buried at the New Leopards Hill Memorial Park this morning with President Michael Sata and fourth Republican president Rupiah Banda are expected among mourners.
Mwila, who died on Saturday in South Africa, was apart from being in government a founder of the Zambia Republican Party and contested the 2001 Presidential elections.
According to the burial programme the funeral mass will be at the Cathedral of the Child Jesus where public viewing will be conducted before heading to the burial site.
