A man in Lusaka’s Chilenje township has allegedly killed his two children after forcing them to drink poisonous stuff. He is currently battling for his life after attempting suicide with the same poison that took the lives of his young ones.
The man in his late 30s from Shantumbu area is battling for his life after drinking poison.
It is alleged that the man killed his two children by poisoning them and later drunk the rest of the poison.
According to a reliable source at Chilenje Clinic, the man was brought to Chilenje Clinic in the early hours of today.
The source said that the man’s wife had gone to her relative’s place in Chawama after an argument then he poisoned the kids and attempted to kill himself as well but survived and is currently on a drip at Chilenje clinic.
