The tribunal set up to investigate Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba will commence sittings on Monday January 20.
Tribunal chairperson Evans Hamaundu said at the end of the opening session set to lay the ground rules that the petitioners Lucky Mulusa and Brebner Changala will be free to call any witnesses they so wish during the sittings.
Mulusa who is former Solwezi Central Member of Parliament and civil rights activist Changala have petitioned Kabimba for unlawful breach of secrecy of oath after Kabimba sought a legal opinion from the Solicitor General Musa Mwenye and copied the opinion to acting Chief Justice Lombe Chibesakunda on a Patriotic Front legal matter.
Kabimba and the two petioners were all present in court.
The petitioners are represented by Makebi Zulu while Kabimba is represented by Bonaventure Mutale and John Mulwila.
