The Opposition UPND has picked former Finance Deputy Minister Jonas Shakafuswa as its candidate for the February, 25 parliamentary by-election.
Shakafuswa who served as MP for Katuba from 2001 to 2008 will be hoping to return to parliament after losing in 2011 to late Patrick Chikusu.
The MMD is fielding Cecil Holmes while the Patriotic Front is floating Moses Chilando.
The Katuba seat fell vacant following the death of Chikusu.
Nominations will be held tomorrow (Tuesday).
