The Sylvia Masebo led tribunal this morning met to set ground rules for the probe that is expected to last 45 days.
Judge Roydah Kaoma said the tribunal that commences sitting on Monday next week will restrict itself to matters related to the tribunal only.
Petitioner William Harrington said he will call 12 witnesses with five expected to be subpoenaed as they were government employees.
Defendant Sylvia Masebo said she will cal 20 witnesses.
The tribunal is expected to wind up its business on March, 30th.
Harrington has petitioned the Supreme Court to probe Masebo for alleged abuse of authority of office.
