Local Musician Wesley Chibambo alias ‘Dandy Crazy’ this morning called a Facebook fan Ulimbwa “you are a Dog” when he the Facebook fan reacted to the latter’s Facebook post in support of PF Candidate Edgar Lungu.
“I here by declayer (declare) Edger (Edgar) C Lungu as the Republican president of Zambia this day 21st January, 2015. I’m publicly inviting all Zambian youths to turn up I’m (in) numbers to go and cast your vote. One Zambia! One Edger! Let’s shame this tribal party. And be united has (as) 72 tribes by respecting our dad kk who brought us together as one people. Abash! Tribalism! Type. ABASH!” Chibambo posted on his Facebook page.
In reacting to the post one of Dandy Crazy’s followers Man Kunde commned on the post claiming that UPND is not a tribal Party.
“Ba chibambo, UPND is not tribal but its pipo (people) small chicken minds like u who say tht (that) . A number pipo (people) surrounding HH are not Tongas. Both EL (Edgar Lungu) and HH (Hakainde Hichilema) hv (have) overwelming (overwhelming) support (support) from provinces whr (where) thy (they) come from” Man Kunde wrote.
But the Copperbelt Musician wrote “Man kunda ulimbwa but! U av a tonga mind nakubelenga. I’m better off chicken than tonga waumfya!” (Man Kunda you are a dog you are a tonga minded person, I am better off a chicken than being tonga).
Man Kunda further responded urging the Copperbelt artist to vote wisely and stop talking about tribal remark.
The confusion between the two attracted the attention of another fan who seemed to have pumped in some sense in the Copperbelt artists.
Maliko Hamweemba wrote: Wesley Chibambo I am your number one fan. I’d (would) rather you take a non partisan stance to protect your dignity and fan base. We love your music and you must talk about how best we can move this country forward regardless who comes were, I’d personally be proud and happy if you as a well known musician sing and talk about uniting the country like our rich slogan states One Zambia One Nation.” Sing us a song of unity that will take us to a better Zambia wether (whether) patriotic front or unip! May God bless us all…..wish you well.
And the Dandy Crazy concluded in saying, “well spoken Maliko Hamweemba but this cow. Man kunde started this. I’m also zambian supporting Zambian politics so leave me with ma (my) choice! EDGER LUNGU!”
