Lusaka Central Constituency, Member of Parliament, whose seat was recently nullified, Margaret Mwanakatwe, has appealed to Constitutional Court.
Mwanakatwe is seeking to stay the Judgment until the case is disposed off.
Justice Enock Mulembe has since set Wednesday 7th December 2016 as the date for inter-party hearing.
On Friday Lusaka High Court Judge Mwiinde Siavwapa refused an application seeking to stay the Judgment until her appeal in the Constitutional Court was disposed off.
On 11th November 2016, Siavwapa nullified the seat following the petition by United Party for National Development(UPND) Candidate, Charlotte Scott.
