Collins Mbesuma says he is looking forward to playing Zambian champions Zanaco in the CAF Champions League this Saturday.
Mbesuma, who is yet score for his club since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations in January, told bolazambia.com that the Soweto side will aim to win the first leg away at Nkoloma Stadium.
“It is good to play a team from Zambia, I am happy because it is part of football,” said the 29-year-old burly striker.
“We want to win but we know Zanaco is a good side.”
Mbesuma has been named in Herve Renard’s 19-member team that faces Lesotho on March 23.
The former Roan United striker is facing off heavy competition in the buccaneers set up with Zimbabwean striker Chinyama enjoying favour following his good form.
