Kabwata Member of Parliament Given Lubinda says he considers himself a very fortunate member of parliament because he represents a well informed and cosmopolitan constituency in Zambia.
Lubinda has told Qfm news in an interview that he was delighted to represent the people of Kabwata because they keep encouraging him especially in carrying out developmental projects in the area.
The former Foreign affairs Minister says even when ten constituencies are put together to swap with his Kabwata constituency he would not agree because he enjoys a good working relation with his constituents, adding that she would not leave his people until he accomplishes his duties at constituency level.
Lubinda explains that he has been in touch with the people in Kabwata and that all was going- on very smoothly and soon a new Kamulanga clinic will be opened to allow residents of Kamulanga area have a health post at their door step.
He has since commended the people of Kabwata for the support and encouragements which have helped in the smooth running of all constituency programmes.
