President Michael Sata has today sworn in former road transport and safety agency (RATSA) inspector, Charity Kande Ngoma as permanent secretary in the Ministry of Transport, Works, Supply and Communication.
President Sata has urged the newly appointed permanent secretary to ensure that that she works as a professional in the transport sector.
And Ngoma says she will seat down with the road transport and safety agency to ensure that bus drivers comply with the rules.
