Treatment Advocacy Literacy Centre says it will petition government over continued rationing of Anti Retroviaral Drugs. TALC national director Felix Mwanza said despite assurances that the situation will normalize there crisis has continued to deteriorate with HIV patients having to ration drugs to keep themselves in stable condition. Mwanza said the situation was worrying and said TALC will stand with the patients seeking to petition the Ministry of Health.
