His Excellency Rupiah Bwezani Banda, the Fourth President of the Republic of Zambia, has sent a message of condolences to His Excellency Michael Chilufya Sata, the President of the Republic of Zambia, on the death of Information and Broadcasting Services Minister Kennedy Sakeni.
The former President has wished President Sata the strength to withstand the demise of the Mansa Central parliamentarian and Chief Government spokesperson who died in Lusaka last week.
“Having served in your position before, I know how it feels to lose a dedicated member of your party and Cabinet, and it is my prayer that the almighty God grant you the strength to go through this difficult period.
In the letter addressed to the head of State, the former President also asked President Sata to convey his condolences to the bereaved family.
