Newly appointed Information and Broadcasting Services Minister Mwansa Kapeya and his Permanent Secretary Emmanuel Mwamba have taken over the airwaves on the public media spreading their comments across the news bulletins.
Since taking over their new positions the duo have had at least two appearances on either television or radio making different pronouncements barely a week after assuming their new positions.
Kapeya and Mwamba are prone to responding to any hint at criticism directed at President Michael Sata and his government. They have been trumpeting their appointing authority illusionary success.
