The mega upmarket store under the Shoprite brand chain at the affluent Manda Hill Shopping Mall in Lusaka is flooding posing a health hazard to both employees and members of the public with the outset of the rain season.
A check at the store revealed that lowly paid Shoprite workers struggling to deal with the situation while shoppers find it difficult to navigate the megastore. Management is slow to respond to the situation.
The picture here captured at the store shows some workers struggle to deal with the situation as they are made to work extra hard for low wages.
