Acting Chief Justice Lombe Chibesakunda has sworn in the tribunal set up to probe Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba for breath of secrecy of oath.
Chibesakunda swore in the judge Evans Hamaundu led tribunal this morning after a failed attempt on Friday to swear them in by President Michael Sata.
The tribunal was instituted following an application by rights activist Brebner Changala and former Solwezi Central lawmaker Lucky Mulusa.
Members comprise Hamaundu, Getrude Chawatama, Justine Chashi and Secretary Mathews Zulu.
Kabimba is said to have used advice sought from the Solicitor General Musa Mwenye in a matter that was for Patriotic Front business.
Kabimba also copied the letter from the Solicitor General to acting Chief Justice Lombe Chibesakunda.
