Operation Young Vote Director Guess Nyirenda has advised opposition political parties to do more than just talk about forming an alliance but cast aside their selfish interests.
Nyirenda said that the opposition leaders should know that going it alone will disadvantage against an incumbent party that had state resources at its disposal.
He said Zambians had got tired of talking about opposition leaders uniting with little success.
Nyirenda said the leaders should think less about themselves and be willing to give each other chance.
There have been suggestions about opposition political parties forming a single formidable front to challenge the PF during the 2016 general elections.
