Sports Minister Chishimba Kambwili shocked some Ndola youths on the Copperbelt when he called some investors rats.
The voluble PF youth chairperson rumbled on about how he had told off investors and foreign dignitaries in his spells as Labour and later Foreign Affairs Minister.
“At the Commonwealth when the Americans and the British said they were happy that Gaddaffi is no more and they were clapping, I told them you chaps must be joking,” he said.
“On the investors when I was Labour Minister nalibatitikisha bakoswe (I roughed up the rats) the investors.”
Kambwili was addressing youths at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium on Thursday.
The shocked youths trudged out with drooped heads at the end of the address.
