Opposition Movement for Multi Party Democracy (MMD) Die Hard Youth chairperson Bowman Lusambo says the statement by President Michael Sata that most Patriotic Front Members of Parliament are useless vindicates the Zambian people’s cry for change.
Lusambo said what the President had uttered was nothing new because the number of blunders by the ruling party could be traced to inadequate caapcity by the PF MPs.
He said President Sata would do better to call for a general election so that Zambians could correct the mistake they had made by electing the Patriotic Front in government.
Lusambo said the confession by President Sata showed what kind of leadership was steering the national agenda.
President Sata is quoted by the Patriotic Front aligned Post Newspapers as saying most PF MPs are useless.
