Former Solwezi Central Member of Parliament Lucky Mulusa says he is considering seeking judicial review on the outcome of the Wynter Kabimba tribunal.
Mulusa, who alongside civil rights activist Brebner Changala, had petitioned the Supreme Court to probe Kabimba for alleged abuse of office said he was not satisfied with the outcome and would seek judicial review once he had been served with the full report.
The Judge Evans Hamaundu tribunal recently cleared Kabimba of any wrong doing for the legal opinion he sought from the Solicitor General Musa Mwenye which he used to back a Patriotic Front case that sought to bar some opposition MPs from re-contesting their seats once they were nullified.
Mulusa said the outcome was shameful and should not be left unchallenged.
He thought he was hoping for a better show by the judiciary should he seek judicial review.
