Patriotic Front Secretary General Wynter Kabimba’s Southern Province trip has been reduced to throwing jibes at the opposition United Party for National Development.
Kabimba told the people of Sinazongwe voting for the UPND had taken the people of Sinazongwe backwards.
He also said the PF will have a Member of Parliament from Southern Province very soon ominously hinting at fronting out favour UPND legislator Richwell Siamunene.
Kabimba said there had been slow development in Sinazongwe because of the area having stuck to their loyalty to the opposition.
“Start the process of identifying MPs for the 2016 general elections. You have been voting for the opposition since 2001. It has been Zambia Forward for them and Zambia backwards for you,” he said.
And provincial minister Daniel Munkombwe said voting for the opposition is rejecting development.
He said each time they voted for the UPND would be rejecting new roads and clinics.
Munkombwe said that the people of Sinazongwe should reject the UPND in the next election.
