The state owned Zambia Daily Mail has confirmed Anthony Mukwita’s replacement Bryson Mumba as Managing Director with immediate effect.
Mumba, who was until his appointment the company’s Director Finance, will be deputized by Nebat Mbewe whose appointment is in an acting capacity.
Acting Board chairperson Tamara Kambikambi announced that Samuel Mweshi would take over from Mumba albeit in an acting capacity.
The Zambia Daily Mail Managing Director position has proved a hot seat with Isaac Chipampe having been the first to take over after the PF assumed office but was later replaced by his deputy Anthony Mukwita who sensationally fell from favour at the height of the Patriotic Front wrangles that had then Defence Minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba and Secretary General Wynter Kabimba on opposite ends.
