Patriotic Front president Edgar Lungu this afternoon teamed up with former Republican President Rupiah Banda to bring Kapiri Mposhi to a standstill. They were joined by Kabwe strongman Captain Austin Chewe.
Lungu was joined on the podium by President Banda to send Kapiri into a frenzy on the continued campaign for the January, 20 presidential election.
President Banda has endorsed the candidature of Lungu for the elections and the duo has been on a campaign run together.
The joining of Capt Chewe strengthened Lungu’s campaign muscle in Central Province where he pledged to work with locals to develop that part of the country.
