Most high on his weed creed Green Party president Peter Sinkamba somehow was the audience favourite sending them into bursts of laughter each time he let out his green philosophy.
Sinkamba’s weed for cash sermon seemed to strike a chord with the audience that seemed amused at his high weed philosophy.
The Green Party is preaching a ‘quantum leap’ in the Gross Domestic Product from US$15 billion to US$35 billion in just one year of being in power “after next Tuesday”.
“I am going to shift the executive capital from Lusaka to the Copperbelt with immediate effect. Lusaka should just remain the commercial capital,” said the evergreen Sinkamba sending the audience into fits of laughter.
“I will shift the legislative from Lusaka to Western Province and also shift the judicial capital from Lusaka to Kabwe. The Ministry for chiefs will be taken to Eastern Province and many other things will be taken elsewhere in our quest for decentralization.”
Sinkamba said part of the Marijuana money will make him increase the allocation to bursaries to stop students from committing suicide if they are denied bursaries.
The Green Party is preaching the commercial cultivation of marijuana in military zones for export.
He also said there will be no need to plant more maize beyond consumption as it was a waste of time and resources.
