With the campaign for next months’s Feira By-election heating up United Party for National Development candidate Eularia Zulu says she represents real change in terms of gender and quality.
Addressing constituents in Feira Zulu said her experience in governance during her time as permanent secretary had given her a wealth of experience.
“Feira is just a few kilometres from Lusaka but look at the levels of underdevelopment that is why we are asking you to make a wise choice by voting for development,” she said.
“I represent real change both in terms of gender and quality and i am confident the people of Feira will make the right decision.”
The Feira Constituency seat fell vacant after Patrick Ngoma defected from the opposition MMD to join the PF.
Zulu said Ngoma should be punished for causing a needless by-election.
