We are informed that while the website is available uninterrupted outside Zambia where its IP address has been targeted and is being compromised, those within the country are struggling to successfully read articles on the website.

Zambia Reports is the second website to be targeted by the Patriotic Front government after the Zambian Watchdog which has on several occasions been completely grounded and has had to change portals as well as rely on proxy websites.

Contacts at mobile companies Airtel, MTN and Cel Z have confirmed the Zambia Reports interruption although their clients with advanced devices such as Blackberries are able to have slow paced access.

However, those trying to access through Iconnect and other Internet Service Providers are completely unsuccessful. The Zambia Reports team is currently conducting its own finding and will provide a comprehensive account of the development.
