The technical committee drafting the constitution has started finalizing the report on the final constitution.
Spokesperson Ernest Mwansa has said after finalizing the report, it will go for proof reading to ensure that it is properly done.
Mwansa said the committee is finalising the report that has been compiled by the draft persons and hope to be done soon.
“We are now considering the final draft document and we are remaining with editing of documents, finalise the committee report for the second draft constitution then finally for printing,” he said.
