The Zambia Police has arrested five more people in connection with the Northmead Basic School Patriotic Front party violence.
Acting spokesperson Ray Hamoonga said the five would be jointly charged with Victor Kalisha who was the first one to be arrested.
Hamoonga named those arrested as Farayi Zulu, Innocent Kalimisha, Joseph Tama, Sebastian Mulenga and Remmy Bwalya.
There has been sustained pressure to arrest the cadres believed to be aligned to defence minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba.
Hamoonga said the accused who are charged with assault and malicious damage to property would appear in court on September, 11.
