Alliance for Better Zambia’s candidate in the Katuba parliamentary by-election Patricia Mashingwele has been summoned by Police for questioning.
ABZ president Father rank Bwalya has confirmed the development.
Father Bwalya says the summoning of Mwashingwele is a clear indication that the ruling Patriotic Front is having a tough time on the ground in the Katuba campaigns.
Father Bwalya says Mwashingwele is a principled and determined woman who will not be intimidated by being summoned to appear before the Police.
The ABZ leader adds that Mwashingwele is ready to face the Police for questioning tomorrow at 9:00hours.
But when contacted for a comment over the ABZ candidate’s summoning, Police Spokesperson Charity Munganga Chanda says she has no information on the summoning Mwashingwele.
